SUMMER CAMPS 2009

Are you ready for summer? Now is the time to sign your kids up for our summer camps. We have an exciting season full of new camps and old favorites!

June 22nd – June 26th
Scholar Warrior Citizen Camp
Learn about social issues, study the leaders who work to solve them, then get volunteer each afternoon. Cap it all off with a Friday benefit dinner to support Family Bridge, a homeless outreach program.
Weekend Extra: White water rafting on Saturday, June 27th. Extra charge weekend minimum age 12.

June 29th – July 3rd
Stuntman Training Camp
Spend the week learning stage fighting, choreography and tricking. Study weapons and XMA. Learn special effects wizardry with a presentation by a Hollywood pyrotechnician. Finish with a public performance in the July 4th parade

July 6th – 10th
Global Citizen
Learn about a different country every day: language, geography, history and martial arts from Japan, France, Greece and Brazil. Includes a trip to the Japanese Gardens.

July 13th – July 17th
Extreme Challenge
Solve fiendish puzzles and use teamwork to defeat dire challenges. Work together to beat the world-famous Mystery Hunt. Go rock climbing to build trust and responsibility.
Weekend Extra: Rock and river camping adventure, Saturday 18th and 19th. Extra charge weekend minimum age is 10.

July 20th – 24th
Junior Gladiator Tournament camp
All sparring, all the time. Learn competition secrets, sportsmanship and athleticism as we explore point sparring, boxing, wrestling and mixed martial arts. Ask about details for the tournament at the front desk.
Weekend Extra: Friendship Tournament Saturday 25th. Saturday tournament add on $15 for all division

July 27th – 31st
STARWARS Camp

The return of an old favorite. Join Jar Jar, Obi Wan and all the crew to blast off into Jedi Ninja action. May the mass times acceleration be with you. Free light saber included in tuition!

August 3rd – 5th – Black Belt Boot Camp
Train like a champion as you build your mind, body and spirit with three days of high level study and conditioning.
Weekend Extra: California Boot Camp Trip, August 6th – 9th overnight. Extra charge.

August 10th – 14th –
Weapons Training Camp
Build your skills with stick and sword training, XPT workouts and partner drills. Learn safety and observation skills using weapons to expand your sphere of responsibility.
Weekend Extra: Cacoy Canete Seminar, Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th – 2 days only $50 for campers.

August 17th- 24th – UpSide Down Camp
Get ready to pile up those frequent flyer miles as we add gymnastics, tumbling and flips into our martial arts routines. We will learn how to do creative combinations and forms.

August 24th – August 28th
Water World Camp
Swimming. Water fights. More swimming. The water-lympics. Even more swimming. Water safety and ecology. Did I mention swimming?
Weekend Extra: Beach camping at Nehalem Bay, Black belt Beach Training Friday 28th – Sunday 29th. Extra charge.
